A few problems with 1601

    I've tried to instal the Palm desktop but I keep getting

    1607 unable to installshield scripting runtime

    So I googled it and tried mostly everything the microsoft website says and reinstalling the version 6 of installshield like website said.

    Also this error when i try and install "Update to .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 for the .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 x86 (KB963707)

    WindowsUpdate_80070641

    So i tried to download a .NET Framework 3.5 for a website to run into the 1607 thing again.

    I am running Vista Home Prem.
