    I just wanted to let you guys know that your work here is priceless! I've had problems for two weeks with low virtual memory and computer crashes, but by following your advice to others, I managed to get the whole mess straightened out just a while ago. It's caring professionals like you guys who help the rest of us stumblers move along and I don't think you get the recognition that you so very richly deserve.

    So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You've ALL got a fan forever!
