A little help

Ok my goal is to make a "bot" for a MMORPG the thing is, how would i go about sending packets? Can you link me to a tutorial or something? If there is one, or could you tell me yourself?

Two things, first off, nobody likes bots in mmorpg's. Most mmorpg's ban accounts caught using them.

Secondly, if you have to ask for help you arn't going to be able to do it. I recommend you quit trying before you get yourself banned.

 

What you said is true however everyone had to ask for help at one point and it's not like im asking for help on EVERYTHING just on how to send certain packets

 

In that case, if you were just looking for help on how to send packets, then surely you didn't need to say it was for a MMORPG bot.

If you're asking what the packets should be like, that is NOT the sort of help we provide here as it would more than likely be against the EULA that you are required to agree to prior to purchasing the game or game-time. There is a reason why bots are banned from MMORPG servers.

Also, if you've never programmed before, I'd suggest doing some other projects first before getting into somthing complicated like this. There is no use trying to "send packets" without knowing anything about the programming you need BEFORE getting into the networking aspect. You've not even mentioned what language you're using.
