a new computer problem to solve for the wise

everytime i right click my c drive or any other drive, not my folders or anything else.the order is screwed up,the first 1 on the list is search it should be open ,so if i double click my c drive the search comes up, anybody got any ideas? it would be a great help . thank you in advance
