First question: How do you switch around the posts so that the old posts show first? I can't stand it! It's like looking at myself in the mirror upside down or backwards rather.

Scratch that, I figured it out

 

Click User CP on the top toolbar (left hand side) and then on the page that appears select Edit Options. It's all there.
