A Powerful Replacement for EmpTemp 2.8.3 ?

I think this may be the best place on the Web to ask this question, because I can count on you peeps to give me *quality* suggestions (See the sticky!).

I've been using Empty Temp Folders 2.8.3 for years and years, and it's still an important part of the software arsenal on my old XP machines. With a single hotkey combo, it removes everything (well, everything that CAN be removed while Windows is running -- I get index.dats separately once a week with DelLater) including files, empty folders, objects without extensions, cookie entries (the REAL IE ones, in TIFs) from

    Windows Temp
    Local Settings Temp
    the Firefox cache
    the Google Chrome cache
    the IE cache
    and the <username> Cookies folder

and it accomplishes all of that in about three seconds, even when I've had a busy day on the Web.

For Windows 7, what do you recommend as a more up-to-date alternative to EmpTemp 283, one that can do what it does for XP and is highly effective and highly configurable?

I haven't tried CCleaner on Win 7, but unless it's highly configurable (to do what I want it to, and ONLY that), it won't do the job I want it to. One of you may be able to save me time and set me straight on that issue.

    Thanks, Geeks
