A program to detect forum "runts"

Okay maybe not like runts, but more like people themselves Hijacking forum boards. You may not know what I'm talking about in the exact sense, so I'll elaborate.

I frequent another board on the internet and I fear someone has been given too much power on this board and has begun to abuse it. This person has maybe 3 accounts with moderator status. I also think I know (or knew because it's been awile). Anyway he's done it on at least one other board. Even if it's not the person I once knew, it may very well be that we have board hijacker.

So what I'm actually asking for is a program that actually scans two texts and anyalyzes how symetrical (or in lamens- how similar they are to each other) in dialogue that they to each other. I alredy tried searching for it in almost every possible manner and could not find one in, what seemed to be "intellectul junk" programs that were meant for only one text (IE: word counts, letter frequencies, phrase frequencies, ect.) I'm hoping you guys know of one that could do what I am suggesting. If you do not, do you know of any programmers who could code something like this?

 

Why dont you try notifying the board's owner about the problem and see if he can do anything because he should have an administrator account and be able to ban the rouge accounts.

If I could make or invent one, I think I'd call it "Paranoia"
