    Hey guys.

I've been having some issues identifying my Motherboard. The computer I have was bought pre-made desktop from Packard Bell, but you won't even imagine the headache it is to get any information about their products.

After a war on words with emails and complaints, I finally got them to give me the make/model of the Motherboard. Which I thought it would be good enough (even though I asked for it's specs). Now, after some Google research, I did find e-stores that sell this Motherboard, but zero information about this product.

The Motherboard in hand is Mainboard MB.U2501.005

Does anyone here knows it's specs, or a software that can identify hardware that is connected to your PC and show information about it?

PB Customer care is a blackhole, I had asked them for over a year about this matter and the only thing they could tell me was this stupid product number which I got yesterday, and for my surprise, it helped me with nothing.

    Thanks

Hi BILLMCC66, thanks for your quick reply!

The software works wonders, and the Motherboard info is quite different from PB's customer care reply... This does not surprise me, their lack of competence is going lower and lower, I might never shop with them again.

I saved a log file text and will paste the Motherboard's info here.

So my question now is, will this Motherboard take a VGA card, and if so will something like PNY GT 440 PCI-E Graphics Card - 1 GB work?
