Do online computer part stores like Newegg have day after Thanksgiving sales? Thanks.

I have sent them from two days ago trying to ask the egg a technical question, tehy sent me a very fast reply in less than two hours.
Although it was disappointing because they told me that their policy do not allow them to give any technical advice.
My question for them was about if a specific power supply which I want buy can fit inside specific case.
And they told me to call or send a message for the manufacturing companies


But for me it was not bad, they replyed very fast and they told me the truth of their policy
