A strange question...

I know this might be a strange question, and I'm not sure if this is the right forum to posti it in, but does anyone know where I could find a website that has a key (or something...I'm not sure what the word would be) for 8 bit binaries and the letters and numbers and symbols they represent? For example, like 00011001 = lowercase "a" and 00111001 is upercase "A".
