A true 32bit Emulator for 64bit?

    I'm tired of all my programs having scaling issues. The Compatibility mode doesn't do a thing for scaling issues. Do they make a true 32bit emulator, that won't morph every text/icon program I run in 64bit?

    If not then I will just change back. I never thought I would have to deal with anything like this.
