a virus that keeps returning!

ok every now and then, happens about 3-5 times a day, i get an avg popup message saying that there's a trojan horse in c:\temp named install~1 or something along those lines. i delete the temp folder but then sooner or later it will return with the virus!!!! i've ran avg and its been removed and it continues to return!!!!!

 

Try Ad-Aware, this could be a Trojan.
