aaaaaargh! help!

    Ookeedoo, here's one for all you experts that's got me stumped. My friend has a new computer (2 months), and for some reason her cd/dvd combo drive won't read any discs. I followed the instructions on the troubleshooter byt to no avail.


    I would appreciate any insight anyone could offer.
