Abit Ab9 Pro - Bios probs.

my current mobo is an abit ab9 pro -

great mobo but i've been having bios issues .

such as - i have to clear my bios every time i start up .
so for the past .. 2 months ish i've just been trying to not turn off my computer - only gets turned off once every couple days or so until now

i've been encountering some errors with certain programs and it restarts my computer, normally wouldnt be a big deal but i have to go in and reset the bios jumper every time my computer turns off, else i get no signal to the monitor .

so ... is there any possible solution to this ?
maybe a bios update ? ( i havent found any as of yet )
