ABIT-BP6 mobo

im getting an error saying that the cpu is not working or has been changed press f1 to continue or press delete to enter setup............im tryin to do a install of xp but after it copies the files it jus wants to start over im not sure what to do??in setup it says cpu operating speed 300(66) .....turbo disabled
and when i try to boot the pc it stops after DMI pool data it says error loading operating system any help please

 

alot has been modified in this tower not by me. a newer power supply 2 fans in the pci slots area ...it jus looks like som1 built this pc im tryin to get it runnin again

 

im tryin to reset bios now by taking out the battery

 

well i have it on the internet now but im gonna experiment and try to overclock it now any help is needed
