About:Blank Hijacking... Nothing is Working

I am ready to throw my desktop out the window. I have spent 10 hours today on this problem... to no avail!

I have Ad Aware SE Pro, HiJack This, RegLite, SpyBot, CWShredder, SpySubtract, SpywareBlaster, etc.... no directions I have found online have helped.

I am finding that my "symptoms" are similar, but when told to search for specific files, I often don't have them.

When I run HiJack this, I find all of the about:blank files and I check them to be fixed/deleted, but they reappear upon subsequent scans. Is there a way I can go into the registry to delete those files? Please help! I can send my Hijack This log if needed. Many thanks and God Bless whomever can rid my poor computer of this awful virus!
