about:blank problems with hotmail

    okay, so i have gone through all the steps I could find to get rid of this SOB about:blank, and they seemed to have worked, except for one thing. I can't log in to hotmail, or MS.net at all. After entering my user name and password nothing happens. I have run every utility I could download, followed by all the steps listed on this site, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Help would be very much appreciated.

    Hmmm, tough to diagnose from here, but are your internet explorer settings at default? Im wondering if they are blocking some cookies. Oddly enough someone else has the same problem with Hotmail about the same time, I wonder if they were down for a bit, but you can add these sites toy your Trusted Sites in Internet Options, Security.
