About:Blank

I have been searching around the Internet fo a solution to this problem.

I have Windows 98SE and have the about:Blank spyware nusience on my computer. In my properties the homepage is continuously changed and rechanged to "about:blank" The worst part is that I cannot read any emails, so need a forum like this to communicate or a chat room.

I am trying to get rid of this problem, have downloaded several solutions, but they aren't quite right. I know you guys were a big help last time and hoping for another on the money solution.
