about my sounds

    can someone please help cause yesterday i was listening to itunes and then the sounds suddenly was gone . i don't know what happen but every thing i check seems to be okay like the speaker in bottom right of the task bar nothing is been mute, i try to uninstall my sound driver Realtek then the time i installed it again installation FAILURE! what happen can somebody help me please :((
    what is the hotfix?
