about refreshing browser

    Hi It is my first time in this forum , my problem is that on 17th May every thing was normal and I was connecting to forums and diff URLs , but from 18th May till now when I go to the forum or url page , displayed date is 17th May and after refreshing no change in date, due to this unable to open and read different forums.

    Please solve my problem, I used different browsers like firefox, opera 7 , IE 6
