I am running an access database through access97 on windows NT workstations. It is basically a record of names, address, tel numbers etc. When a user is performing searches for a persons details they click the field they want to do the search by. After approximately 5 minutes of performing such searches the database simply sgutsdown without warning or error messages. Any ideas peeps?

I am running access 97 sr2 and have updated the jet drivers to v.4.0 sp8. Shutdown still occurs after 5 minutes from any workstation, whoever is logged in.

Don't know if they are relevant to your problem, but worth a look. Bazza
