Access Denied

Ok, I am hoping I am posting this is the right place. I have in the past few months started a website for my RubberStamping, and I have been going into my Control panel of my host for weeks now. Nothing has changed. In the past week only, I have tried going to my control panel at www.stampaholic.com/cpanel and a screen comes up ACCESS DENIED. I have cancelled norton, firewalls, everything, cleaned cache, etc., and still get the same thing. I went to a friends house and went there, and was prompted for my user name and password. Then another friend did the same thing. ON my computer I cannot get in. any suggestions.
I called the host, and they said the problem is not with them. But must be with me. I called them twice. Someone please help, and cannot update my website without my control panel access. Thanks

Which OS and Internet Explorer version are you using as this info will help narrow things down abit.

wild guess you are using IE6 so here goes

First thing I would do is to delete your cookies and then set your Privacy Settings ( in IE tools > internet options > privacy ) to medium or low and try again.

I am using actually Win98, and IE5.0. Only because my new computer was sent back, and I am waiting for it to come back to me.
