FYI you data is not corrupt.

You cant delete the row of data because it is part of a form or access page and the properties have been set to not allow deletions FOR ONE GOOD REASON deleting data results in forms or access pages also deletes the data from the tables.

The problem is if the queries are running hard and your data is jibberish it is because the data fields relationships/joins/ or properties do not jive and/or the function written in the query is incorrect and can not give you the results you want and that is why you are only get spaces and symbols maybe some data in this row.

    Your fix:

Delete the fields for this row from the query this will stop the query from running so hard and long, check your relationship joins for the data you are quering and then rewrite this field in the query then delete the data row from the access page or form and reinsert it using the corrected query for your data source.
