Access Won't Install As It Can't Find Other Office Programs That Are Installed?

    Hello everyone! Been working on my one assembled machine. Put windows 7 pro on it as I spent enough money and had a legal copy of it besides I wanted to install and run all my old programs but I can't get access to install and I do have office word, excel and publisher installed. The access install says it can't find any of those that are required before access can be installed. During the install I try to use the locate to where they are but evidently the file/files needed still can't be found? Any suggestions? I am using office 97 and access 97. Just a thought - could it be the files are hidden and all I need to do is unhide them? Guess I will go try that! Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the last software I want on that machine.

    Problem solved! Had an office 2003 installation disk which I installed and it included access!
    My office 97 didn't include access and I had purchased an upgrade access disk for it years and years ago!
    Now I can make a backup copy of the computer!
