"Accessibility Wizard"?????

    Hello. This is my first time posting on this web site. I'll try not to sound totally clueless. When I try to open certain files, run certain programs, I get this message saying "there was a problem loading this file when running the Accessibility Wizard". How can I get this to stop happening? I have Windows 98.
