I was looking at this Acer DeskTop Computer.

Is the HDMI Port on a Video Card or is it Integrated into the MotherBoard?

You can tell two things by looking at the image of the back of that computer.

1. There are no cards installed. If there were, you would see them in one or more of the 3 expansion slots located at the bottom.
2. The graphics ports are located in the real I/O (input/output) area. That is part of the motherboard.
