Acrobat Reader and 7-Zip

My senior friend needs to install free versions of Acrobat Reader and 7-zip.
She has an HP computer and uses AOL for her internet service (too slow - I can't sit around that long and she does not want to tie up her phone that long.) I downloaded both programs from my computer on a usb thumb drive and tried to install on her computer. Acrobat and 7-zip would not let me do this, indicating that this could only be installed on computer that it was downloaded from. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

 

Download them from the repositories on here, or try to get the "Offline" loaders from the websites for the associated programs.
