last night i made a new account on my computer. before that i did not need to choose an account and enter a password, but when changing back to my normal account it had a password. the password was one of the ones i use, so i was able to get back on. now when i start my computer it tries to automaticly logs into the old account, but doesnt enter a password so it cant get in. then it gives me the account selection screen with only the new account. i have tried to change the password, but when i go to the account managment screen the old account is not there. i need either a way to change the password with command prompt, or a way to get to the account selection screen before it tries to log on. i am running windows xp and both accounts are administrators. any help is greatly apreciated.

nevermind. i was able to find the cmd code. for anyone else who needs it its: "net user <account name> * this will then let you set a password for any account. you do need to be admin to use it.
