Active Directory Help

Hey,

The company I work for decided that they were going to take over all of the other locations they have in the world. We currently have 15 stores in the US and will be planning on picking up about 60 in 10 other countries. My job is to restructure AD and bring them on.
Anyone have information on were to look to get further information? rolleyes
Right now I have a month to put together documentation that will need to be sent up to the main IT folks for approval.
