    I need assistance.

A former Active Directory Administrator was recently terminated from our organisation. But he has left behind, a policy that automatically adds a local Admin user with his name, once we add a new PC to the Domain.

I have checked and i cant seem to locate this policy.

    Please assist.

    I believe......

On your domain controller, open Active Directory Users and Computers, edit the default domain policy. Locate Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Restricted Groups.

Likely the user is a member of one of these "restricted groups". Remove him or add others.

This will effect all the machines in the domain the next time they login to the domain.

He wasnt apart of the restricted group. I found him under local user in active directory.

Does deleting his account solve the problem?
