    hi all,

thought about putting this question in the malware section, but its not a problem, just a question,

i'm searching for some memory for my pc and i found a site that would check mine and suggest an upgrade - but first i needed to install an activeX applet,
being a nosy sort of person, i checked the activeX first, it was this .exe,

    w4sgeen9.exe

    with this clsid

    15589FA1-C456-11CE-BF01-00AA0055595A

doing a check (via spywareblaster and castlecops) i noticed that its classed as 'unwanted' and that the address doesn't match with the one that tried to download,

the activeX seems to be from netsource101 yet the one that tried to download was (signed) from work4sure via memory10, both with the same clsid

so now i'm a little confused - is it safe or not

    thanks
