Ad-aware quarantine query

The first time I ran a scan after installation 170 new objects were found and were automaticaly quarantined
Now after a third scan there are 125 new objects.
0 Processes identified
41 Registry keys identified
16 Registry values identified
60 Files identified
8 Folders identified.

These apparently are all suspect objects and have not been moved to quarantine. as they were, after the first scan even though the automatic in settings has been clicked
Am I expected to quarantine these suspect Keys,Values, files and Folders manually Or is it because they are not expected to cause a problem and leave them well alone.

Xflat, thanks for your response, After running scan, results as shown, these said to be suspects remain in scan results file even though start up settings
"Clean automatically" is enabled.
I dont appear to have the "move to quarantine" option in my settings.
As mentioned after my first scan all suspect objects were automatically moved to the Quarantine file. but subsequent scans show all these objects and nothing cleaned or moved. Ihave not changed any settings either.
The original suspect objects are still in the quarantine file.
