   When i do a smart scan with Ad-Aware, does it scan my slave drive aswell?
   Or, do i have to do a Custom scan and select the Slave drive, and the Master?

   not by default it only scans the C: drive but you can select it to scan any drive you want...
   
   open Ad-Aware > click the cog icon ( scan settings ) > then click Scanning > select drives & folders to scan > put a tick in whatever drive or folder you wish to scan then click proceed.
