Ad-Aware

I had an older version of Ad-Aware ( not sure what version )that seamed to have quit working. I relly like this program, and would like to download it again. I ran the search for it but it pulled up so many choices, that I dont know which one is the right one........:confused Like for example, I clicked on one, and it installed perfectley. The problem is that after it ran a scan, and found SEVERAL problems, it told me that in order to remove threat's, I would need to regester it. ( Got it from major geeks, and it did not come with a reg- code. )

Can someone please give me the link to a FREE edition of Ad-Aware?????

This led me to a link where in order to get the free version, i would need to subscribe to an offer by another company.... like netflix, or block buster.

I just want the free ad-aware...... No frills, just the program.

 

Aren't these the freeware versions? MG has them listed that way.
