ad.oinadserver Popups - can't seem to get rid of them, please help

I and tried Ad-aware SE, CWShredder, Spybot S&D, Ewido Security Suite, Trend Housecall, TrojanHunter, Clean up - Please see my Hijack Log

OS windows2000, P4 1.7, 20Gig HD, 384sdram - Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
