add and remove programs

    In the Sysoc.inf file someone could tell me what a few of these do and what they are. Also I was wondering if someone could tell me what the numbers at the end stand for. I excluded some information except for the first lime. Thanks in advance.

    error message

    I keep getting an error message everytime I try to delete a program. It says "this action is only valid for poducts that are currently installed." So how exactly do I find where ever it's at and delet it?
