Add New Hardware in LAN

How could I activated USB Port, Sound and Audio Device, Add New Program in LAN (without log in to system administrator). I can't add new hardware/program in my PC many of icon in control panel is Off like (I can't use this icon) add hardware, add or remove programs, administrative tools, display, system. The message rarely "You don't have sufficient acces permissions to install the ... onto this computer. Please log out, and log back in as an administrator ..." My PC doesn't have CD Room. Thank's for your kind help ....

 

Thank's, but my admin surely not give logged in admin cause an admin not give permission. Can I add or install new programs and activated all of my on board's connection i.e USB Port, Audio device, without log into admin ?

 

but my friend ever told me, he can make On all of onboard's connection. He just tell me go to internet forum.
or Must I hack Win XP or downloads passgen ?
Or Can I Use 2nd HDD for support 1st HDD ?
