Add On in Firefox

I had a question I am looking under add ons for firefox 3.6.3 and I got a think in add ons called sotfone tracker 1.0. Saying its not compatible with firefox, and it gives an uninstall options, other things in add ons are nothing but java consules of different numbers and printer, and network framework stuff. And I was browsing and wondering if sotfone tracker 1.0.0 was bad? Because google searches I did said yes.

 

Well its not in the add/remove so can I "simple uninstall" in the add ons on firefox? And if so will it be"totally gone and not being used on this computer"? Or must I delete some other folders and etc after uninstalling it from add on list?

 

What to do and how to remove it?

I read about the http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-070310-5229-99&tabid=3 But my programs aint picking it up nor detecting anything, also using malwarebytes and superantispyware but nothing picking it up.
