I have few games I believe in my add/remove that cant be taken out do to errors of no uninstall found and corrupt of another. I went into safe mode and nothing either. I was browsing the main page and found this http://www.majorgeeks.com/AddRemove_Program_Cleaner_d5111.html
Will this work to get those out of my computer or will it just take the name out of the add/remove Or what. iam running XP windows dell computer.

The program you mentioned looks like it will only remove the entry from the Add/Remove list, and not the actual program. I recommend using Revo Uninstaller for removing programs that won't uninstall normally.

I tried clicking the item then clicking the top left "uninstall mode button" and the "uninstall button" I tried deleting this - Ahhrimans prophecy and Caesar 3 which are to be known as games I think . I tried all kinds of things of deleting it. ANd I still with this program get (astrum uninstaller uninstallation information corrupt. aborting) and ceasar says with this program and when I do it with my computer it comes up as a window saying (confirm file deletion) are u sure u want to completly remove selected application and all components? and I click yes- then It trys loading uninstallation shield thingy and it then pops up (uninstall(unable to locate the installation log file 'c://impressions games/caesar3/uninst.isu' uninstalltion will not continue. and I click okay

Also to mention this computer when sometimes when I delete stuff with something... it doesnt have proper files in the c: like it says the c: impression games file? I dont got that and also in the c: I got another file with something that looks like aigheoiuro//gierjg bunch of stuff that doesnt make sense or mean something. But i dont want to get rid of it cause i dunno what it is.

After I downloaded and uninstalled and deleted this link you provided me. I restarted the computer and it was really slow in loading the computer. So I just assume it was a one time thing but I tried restarting 4-5 times and I still get this(it comes up to the blue screen where it says welcome) it sits there and IAM actually able to move the mouse around on it like its the computer screen, then it loads up eventually and is slow now and I mean everything is slow... even firefox takes forever to go places. Any reason why? I ll try to get picture loaded.

try microsoft installer cleanup utility first: http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html

if that doesn't work, then I'd just remove the program entries from "C:\Program Files\[Prog folder]" (or equivalent drive if not using C:), and also check "C:\Program Files\Common\..." and "C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data (and/or Local Settings\...)." Also check the "All Users" equivalent of the previous folder if applicable. I also at the "time created" for the files before I delete them, and then also search my computer for any other files created at that time. And then I repeat the search for the registry using 'program name', 'company name', and sometimes also using the time stamp (regscanner is a good free reg search tool for this) and names of main executable files.

Of course you need to be careful. I use ERUNT (freeware available here at MG) to make a registry backup before messing with it, and for the time stamp searches I only delete if the files is clearly from the program. When that's done, I run ccleaner, a good reg cleaner (e.g. Argente Reg Cleaner or Free Window Reg Repair), and then I defrag the registry and reboot. But again, make sure you have the registry backup ready to go, especially if use a registry cleaner that you haven't used before - sometimes they clean a bit too much...

It also didn't work. But I thought I did a reg save. But I guess not. Because people keep talking about these programs they used to do so. And all I did was use ccleaner. It said would you like to save registry and I clicked yes, then I saved it to destop. And theres a few of them there with the symbol icon of registry.. But theres like 5 registry saves I did because on ccleaner I rescan 4-5 times and each time I got new page of something And each time I saved. So I thought as a newbie that I could just simply add those into a folder and be okay all together-_- guess not? So maybe I can delete these saved registrys on my destop into recyclign bin to get rid of? Or will it f up my computer.
