Add/Remove Program Run DLL Error

    Hi there,

    I am getting the following error when I try to remove a program from my add remove programs:

    RUN DLL
    error loading C:pROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor.dll

    Anybody have any idea what that means?
