Add/Remove Programs not working properly...Spyware?

When I go to Add/Remove Programs, I can click on a program, but it doesnt give me the option of Change/Remove, it just highlights it, period. And the first 3 listed in the screen of programs is "CCProgram" "CCProxy" and "CCServer" - are they spyware, cause they werent there a couple weeks ago...

You never even gave an OS? Are you saying that only those 3 items cannot be removed with Add/Remove Programs?

yeah sorry,its WinXP Pro on an HP a320 desktop...the most recent thing to be downloaded, leading to the changes in the Add/Remove option, is Service Pack 2...

sorry, forgot....what im saying is NOTHING on the Add/Remove list can be removed....the button for Change/Remove doesnt even appear, so im wondering if maybe some bug or virus or spyware is compromising the option to remove programs secretly installed...and yes, Im a conspiracy theorist

Do you have Administrator Priviledges?

yeah....the be more precise, 3 programs have the button to "Change/Remove", every other program the button doesnt appear...
