Add & Remove registered information !

Sometime when I have to repair a computer I would like to use some softwares I brought, but when I make a portable version of it with ThinApp or Cameyo the serial number is not saved. So I have a portable Demo version :-D

I don't understand why because this information could be saved why registry copy made by ThinApp or Cameyo rolleyes

It's not very handly because if I enter my serial number of course the software will be registered but I have no quick way to remove the registered informations from the Registry. :cry


So I'm looking for a solution to add and remove all information about the registered version. :confused

It's true but some softwares are used to debug other computer like AIDA64 or HW Monitor for example, and if I buy a license it's to work with so I can't buy any license as client I have even I do not have a lot :-D .

So sometime one license = On user and not One PC.

And a lot of free softwares are very good but some commercial one are sometimes better or more user friendly.

 

A program's registration info is always saved in the registry - or else we could easily edit that info. Even if it's a portable application, you'll have to save that info everytime the memory stick is plugged into a different PC.

Which programs are you using? We might have alternative suggestions.

 

ThinApp should be catching the registry too and make your portables run as registered software. What method are you using when you take the snapshot?

Also, some software are smart enough to bypass virtualization, I know MS Office does it, it will ask for the key every run.

The problem is not the alternative, when your are using a soft for to you don't want to change event a better soft exist lol

ThinApp should grab the registered information in the registry, but It doesn't.
More strange event I un-install the software the registered information a steel in the registry because 1 the portable app created work's as registered and if in re-install the software i don't need to registered it again. ??

Well that not the issue here. I just wanted to know if a software to add and remove quickly informations in the registry exist and I think I found it with Registry Workshop 4.6.3
