address book repair, Outlook Express

I'm just recovering from a bad Trojan that hid my C Drive, finally reformatted and have my computer working very good.

My system is Windows XP Home with Service Pack 3.

My problem, I've got a copy of my address book, WAB~File, on my D Drive,but its somehow got corrupted. I have scanned it with AdWare and it shows to be clean. Can anyone recommend a utility that might fix it so that I can import them and or make that my default address

When I click on it a window pops up asking if windows can go online and look it up and or select the program from a list.

I'm a bit gun shy at the moment, I've been since Friday getting my computer back working properly.
