    Hey Geeks,

I need a good program, free or small fee, that I can use as a rolo-decks for example. Names, addresses, phone numbers. Something nice to look at, easy to use and most importantly easily transferrable to another computer and easy to backup.

    Thank for your help.

Windows also comes with an address book which can be accessed by typing wab.exe in the Run thingy in the start menu. It is pretty good also. It comes with all windows OS's. You can also save the address book which means you can save it to like a floppy and bring it anywhere.

whats up with your and floppy's neo? if his machines at work have been up graded in the last two years he has a cd burner and he can just throw a cd-rw in there and burn in to that -rw and the erase it and up date it whenever needed. that is what i do with all of my crap.

Dont think Krazy Karl actually has a problem its more he is after a stand alone app that is similar to a Rolodex.... rather than messing with .wab files.

Halo, I tried to download Address Flipper a few times, 12 hours apart. File size is 780kb as you say. It gets to around 30kb and then stops, says it's complete. Happens every time. Can you check it out again for me and let me know if it works for you. Thanks. Bazza

I usually get CD-Rs for free after rebates! :) Just have to wait for the right sale to come along, then get enough to last till the next sale comes along! :D

So do I, from office max. I have just about 300 cds that i got for free. I also got a remote for the tv, two cd burners, and a couple other useless things.

Office max usually has huge sales the day after thanksgiving when all the other stores do but you have to get to the store extremely early, like before it opens to get stuff. But almost 75% of the time they have these 'rebate' sales on sundays so check the paper every so often. You go and buy it and pay the money that they usually cost at the counter at the store, but then you mail in a rebate for the manufacturer, and usually office max has instant rebates which you don't even need to mail in. The reason they do this is because a ton of people either don't remember or don't care about sending in the rebates so they end up making money anyways. But if you remember to send in the rebates the manufacturers send you money or a check in the mail. It's pretty awesome if you remember to send in the rebate forms. Keep an eye on office max on sundays. They usually have an ad sheet in the paper every sunday.

halo, thanks. Downloaded your zipped file you emailled me. 677kb in size. Still don't know why when I accessed the home site, it didn't get past 30kb. One of life's mysteries I guess.

Will install it later to try it out. Thanks again. Bazza
