Administrator Error

When I tried to download RealPlayer on my machine, I received the following message "As a restricted user you do not have adequate windows R operating system rights to use this program to install software. please contact your system administrator for help." I am the System Administrator. This is my personal computer, and I am the only one on it. I have not been able to figure this out. This is the only software download that I get this error message. I have tried a couple of times with the same results. If you have any suggestions they will be appreciated.



I also tried downloading Real Alternative and received the following error message.

Error: Creating registry Key:
HKEY_classes_roots\software\realnetworks
regcreatekeyEx failed; code 5
Addess is denied

I have had no problem downloading any program until RealPlayer and this one. I hope you can lead me in the right direction. Thank Ron

This seems to be happening quite often. Open the CMD console and type at the prompt:
net user %username%
(hit enter)
