On a desktop PC I have there are three user accounts. One is mine and I'm the only one with administrator's rights. If I don't know another user's password is there any way as administrator I can access their user account?

The machine runs on Windows 11.

IF you are the admin, you should be able to access everything, that is what admins do. But log in to the other account, not without a password, which again as admin you already have access to their files. Also admins have the ability to administrate accounts, get it?

Poor English and sarcasm do not unfortunately provide the constructive help for which I was looking.

I am only the administrator because I was the one who took this computer out of its box and set it up. Windows automatically makes you the one with administrator privileges. I am not an expert in the field.

However, I do not know how to access another's user account. That is the reason why I asked for help.

Well...a long time ago, I set up a Win98SE computer for both my mother and myself and gave myself administrator privileges and accessed her desktop from its folder in a users folder. I don't quite remember the name of the users folder, but it seems to be in different places on different versions of Windows. Try looking in the root folder of your C: drive for a folder like "Users" and see if you can find it. Its subfolders' names should be the names of all the users, and their subfolders should include each user's information. I think you want "desktop." Does this help?

Poor English? You are asking for help & I was trying to help, the fact you don't understand what I said or meant, is on you.

Accessing another's account is frowned upon is some circumstances. What OS (operating system) are we talking about?
So you set this PC up with multiple accounts and don't know how to "access" them? like log out of one and into another? You don't know the passwords?
The more descriptive you can be, the better "we" can help.

    Is that better?
