ADOBE ACROBAT READER (Help)

I down loaded the newest verison 8.0. I was installing it and it gave me an error message "Please insert your disk with the 6.01msi file". I searched my computer and do not have the file.
I have never had the "disk". I've always gotten the free versions. I searched Adobe's website - no luck. I tried twice to call them - no luck. Was on the phone twice for an hour each time - getting expensive on my cell phone.
I tried to remove the programs (4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0) and each time it saked for the disk :crybabywith the 6.01msi file.
Does anyone khoe I can get this file????

 

Download windows installer cleanup:

Then select the 6.01 issue, then remove it, then try again, with the program ye wish to install.
