Adobe Flash Player 10

I am dont know much about computers but I have been trying for 2 days to get adobe flash player to work on my laptop with windows 7 os. I have tried un-install re-install numerous times. I have tried the alternative for flash player provided here on Major Geeks but still can't get items to load from some of the black friday ads like walmart & big lots!!! I need help please!!!!!

 

Use the adobe uninstaller first.

Install both IE and non-IE flash players:

A simple fix:

After Installing Flash 10.xxxxxxx, restart Internet Explorer.

Within InternetExplorer, start at the toolbar at the top:

Click on Tools
Click on Manage Add-ons
Find Shockwave Flash Object
Highlight it by left-clicking on it once
Below that Sub-window, click on "Enable"
FlashPlayer will now run.

If the word "Disable" was already there, this solution won't help you.

 

I'm having the same problem...

We have attempted to download AFP enumerable times on a Dell Inspiron with Win Vista 32 bit.



We have followed so many suggested methods to download and trouble shoot that I cannot remember... 15, 20 or more....



And yes, security/antivirus were always disabled, and adobe uninstaller was used to uninstall any older version(s).



We also attempted to download an older version of AFP with no luck.



WTF mate... we used to use flashplayer on this unit but after adobe and other updates were installed recently, AFP does not work and we cannot download it...



BTW... no, restoring to an older SRP time does not work either.



Need help here badly...
