Something has changed and don't know what.... perhaps removed it without realizing it?

I visited YouTube and it won't let me see the videos, says I need the latest Flash Player. I downloaded it from Adobe website, yet I can't get it installed. Have tried it numerous times.

As you can see I have some Adobe folders and the first one has 0 bytes. The other just has a few kb's in it. Look at the pic. The others are for Irfanview and my printer.

What do I need to install from the Adobe website to let me see the video's? Do I need to install a full package and what version would I need?

    Thank you so much!!

Posted too hasty. Problem solved. Had to unblock Adobe (remove it) from the untrusted publishers in IE.
