Adobe Flash Problem

Sorry to trouble you, Im not very IT literate and hope im not wasting your time

When trying to access a particular site (facebook poker) I can for a while and then all of a sudden I get a message.........

A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash player 9 to run slowly if it continues to run your pc may become unresponsive do you want to abort??

Im using XP and AOL Broadband.

I have uninstalled using the proper "uninstall" software from Adobe and then reinstalled Adobe 9 Flash player but Im still getting the problem.

Does anybody have any words of advice for me please??

From searching, lots of people get this same message. Just click no. If you click yes, your browser will freeze.
Updating to the latest version of Adobe Flash does not make the message go away.
You could try turning flash off and seeing if the sites still work. At least that would eliminate the flash error popup.
